iPhone 4 users who can only video chat with each other will soon rejoice once T-Mobile's MyTouch launches.

Yahoo representative announces that Yahoo Messenger will run on both phones

This Monday, T-Mobile announced the new edition of MyTouch, an Android phone manufactured by HTC. Equipped with two cameras, so consumer can easily video chat with others.
At that point in time, T-Mobile did not elaborate further on the development, which allows user to be able to video chat with other MyTouch owners, PC users and other "compatible mobile phones."

"You can chat with any phone that has a two-way camera, and that includes the iPhone 4," said Michael Shim, vice president of mobile business development and partnerships for Yahoo.

People with phones with a single camera can also partake in the video chat, but they'll have to flip the phone to take video of themselves, then flip it back to see video of the person they are talking to on the screen.

Besides the iPhone 4, there are few phones that is equipped with two cameras.

The iPhone 4 is launched with FaceTime, a video chat application that unfortunately only works with other iPhone 4 users. Users find it hard to find other people to video chat especially during the initial launch.

T-Mobile did not specify when the MyTouch will go on sale, however the phone will come out in time for the holidays.
